Fix in bulk
Set one value on every place that does not state that field. Each card it changes gets one new version; nothing is live until you sign.
Hours: a day, then times or Closed, like Monday 09:00-17:30; Saturday Closed. Lists: separate with commas.

Each card's places are stored on Walrus (your wallet pays the small storage fee), then each card's new version is signed and listed.
